HEALS Model

Our vision is built around the model HEALS which encompasses Health, Education, Agriculture, Land Redemption and Sustainability. This model facilitates generational change. It fosters a strong, healthy and thriving community built on a sense of community pride. Noble Endeavours has developed close working relationships in the Philippines with all levels of government and with local community leaders to guarantee our activities meet the needs of the local indigenous people.

The Milking Goat Project

The Milking Goat Project is directly improving the lives of families in Central Mindanao. It provides an opportunity to raise a family’s income within 12 months. We provide local farmers with training to become part of a community where new jobs and agricultural products are created. Once established, the project is self-funding and sustainable.

Our trial project undertaken over the past 11 years has enabled us to learn and adapt and is now a robust and repeatable model. We have built a strong, self-determining team that is ready to expand and train other communities in the region.

The Milking Goat Project is scalable and has the capacity to include many more communities. Once the initial infrastructure is build in a new community our proven model does the rest.

High-Value Agriculture

In the future, we hope to introduce other high-value agricultural projects that will become the economic driver to replicate the HEALS program in new areas of the Philippines. We are currently working on the development of meat goats as a product to engage new communities.

The Farm to Market diagram below shows the partnership between community development and self-funding local business opportunities.
